Privacy, in plain terms.

What we collect. If you join the founding list, Formspree stores your email address, the page version and campaign tags that brought you here, and any one-tap survey answer you choose to send. After a successful signup, this site also stores your email and a random, non-personal reference ID in your browser so a later Stripe checkout can be prefilled and matched back to the signup.

Ad measurement. When enabled, the Meta pixel receives page views and actions such as joining the list or opening checkout, along with the page version and campaign context. Meta may set browser identifiers and use hashed contact information for ad matching; it does not receive your card number from us.

Anonymous site analytics. We record a small set of behavior events on Mella's own Cloudflare-hosted endpoint, such as a page view, signup attempt, chosen colorway, or checkout click. Each event includes the page version, campaign tags, and a random per-tab ID so we can compare the two launch messages. This table does not store your email, request IP, browser user agent, payment data, or any skin, health, or body information.

What we do with it. We use this information to manage the founding list, respond to reservations, understand which launch messages work, and send Mella progress or beta updates.

What we never do. We don't sell your information, and we don't collect anything about your skin, health, or body through this website.

Deposits. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. After checkout, our server asks Stripe only for the limited session details needed to confirm the deposit and record its campaign attribution.

Your controls. Reply to an update or email us to stop messages or request deletion. You can clear this site's saved email and reference ID through your browser's site-data controls.
