If you’re not happy with your order, you’ve got 30 days to send it back. Just email us at Info@trymella.com with your order number and we’ll walk you through it.

Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your location. We process everything quickly, and you’ll get tracking as soon as your order ships. If anything ever feels slow, just reach out and we’ll be happy to help with any order updates.

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can use that link, or just head to trymella.com/a/track and enter either your tracking number or your order number and email. Easy!

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to catch it. Just contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to update or cancel it before it goes out. If it’s already shipped, we can help you with a return instead.
